Additions have been made since the initial shutdown and the site now covers 1830 -> 1880. It will not proceed further until more playdates data has been filled in for the current range and maps upgraded. Get involved.
A new membership programme is being incorporated. Contributors are those who wish to donate data, don't want to be too involved, but would like to follow certain parts of the system and be advised of updates, etc. Researchers are those who want to be more involved and have access to all the internal benefits of the system. This level requires weekly upkeep.
Public viewers will still have complete access to all regular data. Members just get to see the background processes and on-going research.

Itinerary
This was billed as a railway circus.
The initial route posting showed a generally good coverage of Ontario by rail.
The second posting showed a re-adjusted coverage that took the troupe to Toronto much more quickly. It could be argued that they wanted
to be in Toronto for the celebrations around the creation of the Dominion of Canada on July 01.
This re-adjusted route was abandoned as they were in Toronto Jun 21,22 and it was reported they were in Port Huron on Jun 24th.
Clipper magazine reported that the route in Canada was cut short as a result of bad business due to lack of local money and anti-Yankee sentiment.
This report doesn't make sense as the route was cancelled before they ever arrived in Ontario.
